Daily Diamond x Hofrat – Mare, 167cm, 2017

This very tall, elegant lady comes out of a very prestigious line of dressage horses. Her mother is also the mother of the approved stallion Glock’s Taminiau and her other half sisters/brothers are all competing at a high level internationally. She is training at heavy tour level and was supposed to be the rider/owner’s future U25 horse. Unfortunately, due to Covid, they have not been able to compete together this year and last year so the U25 dream has had to have a back seat. She is a sweet and forgiving horse to ride and wants to learn and picks up new things easily. She is also, not unimportantly, light to ride for such a big horse and gives a very good feeling under saddle. She has competed succesfully at ST level and is now ready to take the next step. This mare would suit anyone looking for a sweet and confidance giving horse! She would also be very interesting to breed with in the future.

This forward-going and hugely talented mare just keep getting better and better the more training she gets. She has three really big paces and a massive amount of bend and athleticism in each pace. She is on the hotter side and is definitely more of a ‘whoa’ than ‘go’ type, but I think most competitive riders will love this as you know it will take you more easily to the very top! I think this mare would suit a super enthusiastic competition rider that likes their horses a little on the hotter side and wants a lot of presence and talent to take into the ring. She is not at all spooky and was completely unphased by us all standing in the middle and filming and taking pictures, she really just got on with the job, which was wonderful to see.
